Following the passage of the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act 1107), the Ghana Revenue Authority (CRA) has announced the commencement of Value Added Tax (VAT) charges on all non-life insurance premiums (excluding motor insurance), effective Tuesday, 1st July 2025.
